Import contacts from CSV

Bring in thousands of contacts from a spreadsheet in one go.

You can import up to 50,000 contacts at a time from a .csv file.

Prepare your file

  • The first row must contain column headings.
  • Save as CSV UTF-8 so accented characters survive.
  • One contact per row. Emails are used to spot duplicates.

Run the import

  1. Go to Contacts → Import.
  2. Upload your file and match each column to a Nimbus field.
  3. Choose what happens to duplicates: skip, update or create anyway.
  4. Click Start import. You'll get an email when it's done.

Warning Imports can't be undone automatically. Export a backup first if you're updating existing contacts.
